Known for “The Unknown Sweet Potato Seller,” which won big at the Miami Short Film Festival. He’s also bagged awards at festivals like the Children’s Rights Festival and the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival. Plus, his short film “Tarot” swept the “48 Hours Film Project in Cairo” with 10 awards, including the global Best of the 48 hours film 2014 title in Hollywood. It even received special screenings at the Cannes International Film Festival in 2015

When he’s not rocking the film scene with his award-winning work, Roshdy’s also diving into music videos, commercials, and animations. His creative flair knows no bounds!

Roshdy jazzed up the design scene since 2012. From his days at AROMA to his adventures in movie magic with “Asmaa Movie, 678 Movie and El Keber Awy Series,” he made waves as both a graphic designer and a VFX artist

After soaking up all the art vibes, Roshdy graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University, majoring in the graphic department. With his diploma in hand and creativity in his pocket, he jumped headfirst into the design world, eager to make his mark

Roshdy’s roots run deep in the heart of Cairo, Egypt, where he was born on November 6th, 1988, under the sign of Scorpio. With both his folks hailing from Cairo too, you could say he’s got the city in his blood.
